Nail mania no. 2

Hi everyone!

Long time no talk :D
I've been on holiday for a week. I've gathered pictures of my nails from the past 2 weeks keeping into consideration that while on holiday I didn't paint my nails, because I find they chip really easy in salty water so I thought I'd give them a break.
Here goes:

Yummy Summer sorbet

Hi everyone!

I was inspired by the girls at "Tone it up" and made some summery deserts.
Here is how I made them:

  • 1 cup strawberries /or for option no. 2,  1 cup diced kiwi and bit of  fresh mint
  • 1 cup diced frozen bananas
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 fistful cashews presoaked in water
  • 1 spoon coconut oil
  • A squirt of lemon juice
  • 1 spoon water

Mix it all together in a blender and put it in the fridge for one hour.
This desert is very easy and healthy! Bonne appétit J


M-a inspirat o reteta a fetelor de la "Tone it up" si am facut un sorbet zilele trecute. E un desert foarte usor de facut si sanatos. Iata cum am procedat eu:

  • 1 ceasca capsuni /sau pentru varianta a doua o ceasca de kiwi si putina menta proaspata
  • 1 ceasca banane taiate si congelate
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 pumn caju inmuiat in apa cateva minute
  • 1 lingura ulei de cocos
  • putin suc de lamaie
  • o lingura apa

Am pus toate ingredientele intr-un blender si le-am amestecat bine. Dupa o ora in frigider sorbet-ul e gata. Bonne appétit J

Breakfast idea: quick, easy, healthy/ Mic dejun: rapid, usor, sanatos

Here is a recipe for breakfast that I often make. It’s nothing new, but I thought I’d share it.
You need 1 cup your choice of yoghurt, 1 handful of blue berries, 1 spoonful of flaxseeds and 1 spoonful   of chia seeds soaked in a bit of water for 2 minutes until they become jelly like. Mix them all together and there you go, a healthy breakfast in under 2 minutes.

Chia: a great source of minerals, vitamins, and fatty acids that help your organism get strong and improve immunity.
Flaxseeds: a great source of vitamins, minerals, fibers, phyto-chemicals, fatty acids.

Mai jos va scriu o reteta pentru un mic dejun rapid, sanatos si usor de facut. Nu e nimic nou, dar m-am gandit sa astern pe hartie daca se mai poate spune asa J.
Ai nevoie de un borcan de iaurt, un pumn de afine, 1 lingura de seminte de in si 1 lingura de seminte de chia inmuiate intr-un pic de apa timp de 2 minute pana devin ca jeleul. La amestecati pe toate si gata! Pofta buna!

Chia: o sursa foarte buna de minerale, vitamine si acizi grasi care ajuta organismul sa fie mai puternic si imbunatatesc imunitatea.
